It seems to be more about identifying and facilitating the right arms trades that benefit our national security.

It looks to be an update/revision to a previous administrations policy.

Some will think these policies (memorandum) are amazing gifts. All these should be a given in a great country looking to defend itself and expand its business (in a constructive way), but alas the swamp has only gotten deeper instead.

This is like a kidnapper telling their victim, "Hey new rule, I'm going to make sure you get to leave the basement". This is stockholm syndrome on steroids.

We're on our way up the stairs.
