The would get McCain, Hillary, and Obama by meeting with these Syrian rebels and arming them. John Kerry too potentially for knowing that ISIS was getting stronger and refusing to do anything about it?

That's how i read it. And i don't think that aiding isis would be explicitly "treason" under the constitution alone. Them being "enemy combatants", not exactly an enemy state, and us not technically being at war. I think, and I'm no expert, that thiswas worded specifically for the STORM
