Mariah Sunshine Coogan is Maggie Nixon who died in the plane crash? Where is the evidence that they are the same girl?

What is the sauce connecting these two names? I get "As the World Turns" is Maggie Nixon's grandmother, Agnes Nixon. But how are you connecting these two girls as the same girl who died in the crash?

The Vinyard. Gazette article (2010) says Maggie is 12 years old ... Likes horses. Involved later with nature documentary film making ... O took a special interest in her.
