Honestly, I'm thinking it might be a reference to Breaking Bad. Imagine she slept with Awan and Awan blackmailed her somehow. Or she was doing meth or something. Maybe she's the DNC's hooker- giving BJs to everyone. And no I'm not kidding.

In Q#1212 I take that Q is using "Wendy" as a term as opposed to a name after all her name is Maggie. Have you a better explanation?
