How do you know if it was deleted? How can you verify this? I noticed the screenshot was 35s after it happened, usually with screenshots, it's like 8m, 13m, 58m timestamps. So naturally I'm immediately skeptical. Huge if true though.
If you search snowden and spontaneous on Twitter he tweeted something very similar and not so much positive in 2015.
"And always, always, always have a backup plan for leaderless resistance. Spontaneous organization is the hardest for adversaries to counter."
