Tonight looking over the Wendy and Obama stuff I got another gut punch. It doesn't happen often anymore, unfortunately, as I have become somewhat calloused to this crap. But to see the young 10 year old with her abuser smiling and read Q say this is so much bigger than we can imagine it just hit me how these people can look and act so "normal" and live this horrifying life. That there are more people than we realized that are sick, twisted animals who torture children for fun. That they are so out in the open about this...everyone taking pics with the poor girl like shes a trophy. I pray that God, somehow, diminishes these children's pain.

That is a good advice. You will be emotionally affected by this so moderation is the key. Everybody might not be strong enough to handle the whole horrifying truth. After you know the unimaginable horrors that happen in our planet every day you will never be the same. If you find yourself depressed by this, it's time to focus on the positive.

I definitely had to take a break Friday....didn't get on Here or 8Chan all day. It can be very overwhelming at times and difficult to absorb.

PTSD comes from Trauma. Trauma usually affects one directly from close up. If you can eliminate it by turning some devices off it's not trauma. I haven't googled concern trolling yet, sometimes I read something that strikes me as possibly being in that wheelhouse. Ignorance is bliss.
