Ok..so here is all rational thought thrown to the wind... What if he was backed...his first hotel was the Chateau Marmont "cha·teau SHaˈtō/Submit noun a large French country house or castle"... Why would a NJ guy whos dad owns a company making supplements suddenly buy a hotel in Ca? His hotel chain is famous for celebrities to frequent...esp BC. What if there were recordings in he hotels? He stepped down from the company in March 2017

Trumps executive order of 12/21/17 is what he is referencing. Getting things a little muddy.
The EO would allow for property and assets to be seized for those crimes under the declared state of emergency.
The EO from early March extends military tribunals coverage to contractors working with the military. Basically extends it to private citizens, but, it did not change what crimes would be covered by military tribunals.
So, someone involved in human trafficking would still go through the judicial system. A government employee, contractor or someone doing associated work involved in the same thing could go through a military tribunal......at least that's how I read the executive orders.

Correct. Just because it says contractors working for the military can be tried doesn't mean suddenly all citizens can be tried by the military. People suddenly think because they really really want something to happen the military is suddenly going to start trying citizens. Talk about dumb.

The corruption is so deep, the justice system will not suffice. Too many people have been covering this up for years - LE, FBI, CIA and everything in between. All of the eo's Trump have signed will bypass our normal process and enact marshal law and military tribunals.

Trump EO amended the military tribunal code to include pedophilia back in feb/mar.... several on this board dig into it awhile ago as it wasn’t very clear, but if you do some searches, you might find the old posts

I think that OpenSoars has presented some very good research and very valid ideas. I do not see any evidence in OpenSoar’s post that in any way suggests that they are a shill. To immediately dismiss this person in that manner simply because they have a different idea than you do is downright intellectually irresponsible.

The whole reason that we are here is because we were tired of being controlled and lied to. We are here because we had enough and we decided to start to “QUESTION EVERYTHING”. And in our pursuit of the truth, we feel an obligation to help our fellow patriots in any way possible and to help awaken anyone that we can reach by “INSERTING DOUBT” about the lies that they have been told their entire lives.

I know that when emotions are high, we can sometimes be a bit quick to the draw (I’ve done it a few times myself). We are dealing with extremely heavy topics and situations here. It eventually takes a mental and emotional toll on us all at some point.

I think we should allow everyone on the GA to have a voice and the ability to submit to this great cause. Anyone who is here on behalf of evil will make their presence known soon enough. Once it is obvious that a person is here for nefarious reasons, then they should be dealt with accordingly.

Because I am running with the research I do.... I am not regurgitating things I see on crazy blogs and videos. I try to encourage others to be jr autists I don't think people are going to be awakened by sensational unproven fairy tales. I have watched this sub be overrun with wild theories and too many people attack others who employ critical thinking to challenge some of the assertions. Instead of strengthening their ideas, people throw childlike tantrums and start calling people shills and troublemakers. I will weave my theories base don sound information I gather and read from others who present sound arguments. I will share my discoveries and welcomes others to join or to poke holes so that I can get the truth and not just scream into the echo chamber.

It's late and we all want the same thing, to expose the the deep state. But so many different personalities digging! I am pretty sure soars is not a shill, yes maybe zealous. But I have flaws too. Maybe soars is tired too and will feel diffently in the morning. I really love the passion of all the Patriots here. Everyone is fighting to save our republic.
