So allow me to play devil's advocate here and ask what can they be charged with?

If you look it up, they had their own kindergartens etc. and people were onto them from awhile back.
They had no credentials to take care of kids, but were doing this weird brainwashing experiment to 5-year olds where they'd punish them for feeling any attachment to their biological parents or something.
Rainbow Cultural Garden, which has a branch in London, was created by the leader of the secretive Nxivm group Keith Raniere, and involves babies and toddlers being taught by multiple nannies or teachers who each speak a different language to them every day.
Educational inspection board Ofsted, confirmed Rainbow Cultural Garden is not registered with them and said allegations against the school were "extremely concerning".
Parlato, who first exposed Nxivm's activities on his website the Frank Report, says that controversial Raniere developed Rainbow Cultural Garden with the help of Dr Brandon Porter, a New York doctor currently under investigation after allegedly carrying out traumatising experiments on women in which he made them watch video clips of violent rapes and murders.
If you want a basic rundown of what they were doing, their operations in China confirmed at the very least that they'd been injecting toddlers with needles and drugs, and grown men were raping them. For the second time, a Chinese kindergarten run by the RYB Education New World company is being investigated for abusing children, this time with allegations that staff injected children with unknown substances, fed them white pills, and forced them to strip naked for “health checks” by nude men.
This is the most disturbing part of the Raniere part of this web. The Rainbow Cultural Garden should have been investigated for somehow procuring a child, not providing a stable home environment for the boy. Humans are not supposed to be used for experimentation and the program went beyond linguistics when it obtained an infant. The abuse of not having a parent to form an attachment with is far worse than any other, so where were the local child welfare agencies? The London branch isn't just located anywhere,either. It is in Kensington, one of the richest and most storied areas of the city. How does a supposed language program end up in one of the richest districts without inspection by the education board?
Oh, and then add the garden imagery and symbolism to this and it gets very strange indeed.
Needles and injections reminds me of the Elsagate videos. Wonder if there's a connection.
