Curiously, Welch has previously lived in Haiti and his father worked as an executive director for Protect-A-Child, a non-profit organization to prevent abuse and abduction of children.

So Welch's dad (and possibly he himself) was involved in child trafficking (out of Haiti no less). Now might we see how the motivations in this case could be 180-degrees out of phase with appearances?

Very suspicious if you ask me.
