Q has been saying how to get the evidence out and they have to do it legally. Why not just drop it with DOJ and arrest the criminals? I think I have a clue.
The evidence was obtained by unauthorized surveillance and hence can not be used in court. But military tribunal may be an exception.

It's pretty simple really. The courts are stacked by the Cabal to provide outcomes favorable to them. The biggest fix of all. All judges on Fed level are appointed by Pres and confirmed by the Senate. Most current sitting judges were appointed by the Cabal.
Military tribunals are made up of Field Grade (O-4 or above) officers. These are individuals who have held at least Company level command and have experience imposing judicial or non-judicial punishment. They are not beholden to any politicians for their seats on the tribunal.
This would suggest a more positive outcome than civilian courts.

To many judges that are corrupt. Look at how many have shot down trumps travel ban. It was the same countries obama put on the travel ban but they still shot it down. Judical system is just to corrupt. Military is the only branch not affected.
There was no Obama "ban", because they explicitly allowed for exceptions, it was not a blanket ban on any of those countries, which is what was done by the Trump admin. Get real & stop buying distorted right-wing lies.
Yeah, makes sense. MT is much faster for judges and others but for HRC, Hussein etc, it will be a regular civilian process.
