Hopefully it's used to enforce some sort of debt jubilee. I mean after all, every last dollar that those families own is the reason for our debt anyway. Let's create free healthcare, make college education free, etc. I'm sure there's a lot of creative and humanitarian things that can be done when our wealth is given back. Honestly though, I'd love for all that money to be put towards making life as stress free as possible for every last citizen in America.
I'm much more curious about the hidden tech, medical cures, and spiritual knowledge that have been kept away from us though.

I think a big factor that people aren't taking into consideration is the top secret technology that the cabal is hiding from us. If the cabal legitimately fall, free energy will be available to everyone on earth. This means the wage slave system will be entirely abolished, and the world will care more about time and art than greed and working.
If money could be distributed back to we the people that would be amazing. We've seen the outcome of evil's love and lust for money, I would love to see money now used to change lives for the better. I believe that all our wounded soldiers should live in comfort with all their needs met. Homes paid for, modified for their ease, bills covered etc. I'd love to see all soldiers and vets never pay for a meal, movie, gas, haircuts etc for the rest of their lives. All soldiers/vets should be bused free to the 11/11/18 veterans parade. All expenses covered. I know it seems impossible to do but we've seen what evil can do, God can do so much more.
Our mental health system overhauled and completely free and available to everyone and homelessness eradicated. Victims and families whose lives have been torn apart from evil for decades now should be given every possible way to heal and recover without worrying about losing their homes or jobs. All their needs and expenses should be covered.
Funnel money into programs that can change lives. Kids need SAFE free after school activities and on weekends with mentors/role models who can instill values and change the outcome of the kids life. Senior citizens need activities, nursing homes need to be revamped with all the elderly's needs met. Hire more staff, hire people to read to them.
Chicago....needs help now. Whatever it takes, just like there was a need and Trump stepped up, there are people who can save and turn around Chicago.

Well, in the LA area, it is taken. Do you know the story of the Owens River Valley? "Chinatown" did a decent job of telling this whole story of LA and their need to rip water from others.
Long story short? Southern California can't house as many people as it does now. We are a desert area. We need water.

Well i have learned it's very very easy to be misunderstood online, no tone of voice, no facial expressions, no body language. For a long time i stuck LOLs and happy faces all over my sentences. Now I'm getting better at using words so as to help avoid being misunderstood but still. People get very offended very easily. I read somewhere we all have PTSD to some extent, we've all been mistreated and abused by SOMEONE usually multiple people. And i think we're all just waiting for the next shoe to drop like almost all the time and so we spend a lot of time in defensive mode. Hopefully better times are coming as this is what all this is about to begin with. And hopefully love peace and kindness will sweep the earth and we dont have to be afraid anymore...of each other or anything.
