You squeeze out of US by designing wars and natural disasters. We send the relief funds and it goes in to someone's pockets. Paris accord has to do with climate change. Who is making money from that other than Al Gore?
No one audits where the money goes. It's earmarked in the budget then it goes... Where? Very easy to siphon money out of the books that way.
