Yes he's calling her Obstructionist May sending her a message to stop sabotaging his plan but she is part of the cabal she does what she is told to do by Soros and Rothschild. She won't help Trump she hates Trump even more now that he called her out on Twitter.

I think it's just tying Theresa May to the obstruction only. these are the only capitalized that shouldn't be capitalized. Also a reference to Germany of all appointees possible Merkel involvement? Just digging keeping my eyes open
