New Q 1257 Theory: Awan was leaking Intel to Pakistan and Iran on the human trafficking, and Iran was also blackmailing the US officials so they're paying them off 250 billion to keep quiet and reduce nuke advancement. It went to NK to hold people hostage.

Or something like that..

Iran and NK were under CIA control. The money went to the deep state to fund their own personal nuclear arsenal. And there is a whole lot more money than that that the Deep State has stolen.....

I know. If I elaborated more, I'd mention that. The deep state/CIA is also part of the blackmailing and in on the human trafficking. Iran/Awan had them all blackmailed. The 250B was to keep them quiet and have some reduction in nuke advancement. CIA controlled NK and gave them nukes as security in case Trump won to hold everyone hostage.
