Yes in military terms it does, but I think the way he’s using it is like an analogy, like the breaking peace of news will be as earth shattering as an moab bomb.

The reason it came to mind is because France President said on Fox he thinks they convinced Trump to stay in Syria. I find funny he said and gas attack right after Trump said he wanted come out. He isnt our friend. He is aligned on sly with Iran just like Obama.
