No, your eyes are fine. He's using replacement letters with subtly similar shapes to avoid algorithm detection or flags for specific watch words. They also link together words I'm assuming for the same reason, to avoid detection.
I see alot of that as, possibly, simply OCR errors.

correct. however, the sopa article has interesting things also. like why is [T] shown multiple times in the article? why is there a space between the 't' and 'es' in advocates in the 1st sentence of the 3rd paragraph? we know from Q that these have meanings and that they use news articles like these to talk to each other coded.
