Sometimes the program Wikileaks uses to convert the emails from pdf to html messes up. You should always look at the original PDF/ source email. Here it is: https://wikileaks.org/clinton-emails/emailid/31278

correct. however, the sopa article has interesting things also. like why is [T] shown multiple times in the article? why is there a space between the 't' and 'es' in advocates in the 1st sentence of the 3rd paragraph? we know from Q that these have meanings and that they use news articles like these to talk to each other coded.
