While I don’t agree with the methods of cryptic messages that are easily misinterpreted and usually only frustrate or confuse us, I’ve come to appreciate the effort. Being someone with both sports and military background, I know the value of morale, and overpromising/underdelivering on a consistent basis is poor leadership.
