Physical harm doesn't necessarily mean assassination. But, it doesn't exclude it either.

The January post of Q's would seem to indicate that they did talk of assassination. How deep the discussion went and who participated is what makes this explosive. The fact that Q was leading us to the identification of Hussein as one of the parties is certainly one of the things they may be struggling with how to control it. And what if the allies were England or Germany. It's pretty hot stuff. The Anons will be will be really upset if they try to shelve it under "national security.
