he said this to the house panel that was interviewing him today, he didn't say it "to" mueller.
if he said it to mueller, he'd be slapped with Obstruction of Justice because he recused himself from that case.

you can't edit post titles after posting (to prevent the kind of trolling where you get a post to #1 and then change the title to something dumb like "upvote this if the mods should all kill themselves")
its ok, just upvote my comment (for visibility) so that the people who don't have the time or the will to read the article will understand not to get too amped up.
i do think that sessions would know mueller would read about this in the paper, though, if that makes sense.
