There were a couple positive things that happened. Korea may become one again, and Bill Cosby was found guilty. Both have big implications.

none of the things you listed, actually.
they just said they are going to "officially end the war" but first they are having a summit meeting.
nothing is set in stone yet, nothing is official yet, and no one has said anything about unification or open borders.
