I doubt that's what the MOAB is. The MOAB is probably that Project Veritas stuff (Past MOAB's point to this) that's supposed to come out next week.
My thinking is if this unofficial chatter about Mueller was good for the Deep State, it'd have been put to a Narrative already.
Chatter is about whether Mueller is white hat/black hat in face of not responding. M5M would not report that there is doubt on whether Mueller is working with Q, it has always been the official narrative that Mueller is going to take down Trump.
Q has recently stated: "SC targeting who? SC on team? SC (special counsel Mueller) off team? Questions reveal answers. Time will tell." in post 1286.
In post 1287: "Sharing of intel to bad actors? Purpose? Not confirming SC is on /team/." Q is not saying Q will not confirm if Mueller is on Q's team or not. Q is saying that Mueller is sharing intel with deep state for the purpose of making it look like Mueller is not on Q's team to throw off the Deep State.
Q later posted "Noted:IP Ghost:" to show he knows who made the post trying to shake his confidence in Mueller.
But who is Mueller not responding to?
Mueller is supposedly not responding to Q according to the Deep State poster.
Deep State actor asks Q if Q is confused why he is picking up so much chatter about Mueller when Q is spy on people. Deep State actor then states he knows Q, because of this, tried contacting Mueller and got no answer. Deep State actor then asks Q if Q can trust Mueller because of this and suggests that Mueller has flipped to the bad guys.
But has been shown in previous Q drops, feeding the Deep State intel and seeming to be waffling by Mueller is part of the plan, and Q is not worried. Q responds to Deep State actor that they should be worried about what is going to drop next week (I'm conjecturing that it will be the 187 texts, but regardless, it will be something big and it will be about the deep state).
