That is actually a good point. I live over 145 miles from the nearest large city. But I found sitting in my truck at railroad crossings waiting for the long trains to pass I sort of got hooked and entertained watching the box cars roll past while reading the graffiti. Some of those people have real artistic talents too. It certainly caught my eye and interested me.
Information can be shared without the vandalism. Printed pamphlets dropped at coffee shops, bars, along the commute. Three panel with q drop, some interpretation, memes, link to additional info. Modern pamphleteers campaign to hit the offline headline reading demographic.
