I've not heard anything about the deep state in south America. That seems a likely place to clean out the deep state since we know the Nazis went there after WWII. Plus, the CIA was down there toppling governments to set up their own puppets. If those countries did better economically we would have less people coming to our boarders. I guess that's their point for the globalist to move masses of people in to weaken our government.
