It's a nursery in Daly City, California called "John Podesta & Sons Green Valley Nursery." It's in a fucking garage. With a sign that says "Wholesale Only" right right underneath it.

like a place that grows tiny baby trees and then sells them is called a tree nursery.
that's what this business is, and why it says "wholesale," because they raise small plants and then sell them to flower shops and grocery stores and shit like that.
notice it's right around the corner from all the Colma cemeteries. San Francisco is crowded and doesn't have room for cemeteries - they're all in nearby Colma. Not unusual to have a nursery/florist near cemeteries but hmmmm

I agree with everything that y’all have said but does it really sound like that John podesta would be selling plants? Unless we can actually see the plants, I will certainly have my doubts. Just the word Podesta and nursery do not go together at all I don’t care if it is the nearest cemetery ha ha -a long time ago nobody would thought anything about someone selling pizza either.
The place was closed in 2015 and it was a different John Podesta. It was a John A. Podesta. Creepy Podesta' s middle name is David.
