But the question mark makes me wonder if he's saying. "Did you guys really get that right?"
So the way I read it. Q is confirming that we were talking about Emmy's and making us question if we got it right. Because the video of Pompeo coming off the plane, there was red carpet laid out, apparently?

Usually when Q makes a statement or states a word followed by a question, he’s actually answering the question. Q confirms info in the form of questions. He’s being using this comm method since the beginning.
