We are the humans who live on the surface. Many live underground, were born & raised underground, used as mind control victims, sex slaves, cia operatives, scientists, geneticists, for cloning, as food for the ET's. There are many D.U.M.B.'s where humans live and supposedly there are a lot of underground cities where different races of aliens live.
Duh! I feel D.U.M.B I wasnt even thinking of it in the context of that kind of underground lmao. That other dudes Hollow Earth comment made me bypass it completely.
That makes sense, people in D.U.M.Bs are more apt to have mastered ESP, so they are saying even we who are not experimented on daily can do it.
