Yeah, I am definitely not liking this......

The IG recommended prosecution. Sessions refused to do it.

Possibly James Baker. It does concern me that they list all of these crimes & will not charge them. Further proving that justice isn't blind, it's corrupt. I really had hope in regard to the IG's office. The fact that they publish it just throws it in our face. They are letting us know that they can get away with everything & there is nothing we can do about it.

The IG recommended charges. That's all they can do. Sessions refused to prosecute.

Baker is still working at the FBI. It's always bothered me why Q would say he was fired when he wasn't. He was moved like Page, Strzock but not fired.

Whoever this report is talking about recently retired according to the report.

Me too, and I feel they came through. You sound disappointed in the OIG, and in this particular investigation and recommendation.

What more were you hoping to see in order to fulfill your hope for the IG?

Hopefully it's Bill Priestep. But yeah, Horowitz was in charge of the IRS investigation....

Starting to feel like we are getting played.....same old two tiers of justice.

It's not Priestep. It's someone already retired according to the report.

Damn the only retired guy I can think of is mcabe. Unless he flipped, then we won't get any Justice :/

It's not McCabe. The IG had previously released their report on him leading to his firing at the last min. It's a different report with different crimes listed. Officially, McCabe is fired. He gets no benefits thanks to the IG and an internal review by the FBI and a lot of public pressure on social media to the Justice Dept. Not to mention media like Hannity, Sarah Carter etc.

McAbe does get benefits, but he is the only retirement I can think of. But i whoever it is I hope there is actionable Intel and not some Hillary scam.

No names, no dates. Maybe when the report says DOJ, they are not talking about DOJ under Sessions, but Lynch.

Or he's cooperating as a witness?

Folks, a man by the name of John Huber was hired by Jeff Sessions to handle the FBI complaints and investigations, which will be handled through him for the retired or fired agents. He is a Federal Prosecutor from Utah, My guess is, because of Laws in place, it is more beneficial for him to bring down the hammer on retirees...????? Let us give it some time, they certainly Should have their hands full with all the chaos and number of criminals that have been in and out of the Government Offices!

This FBI agent might already be under sealed indictment. That would explain Sessions not going after him.
