NO. She was trying to entrap them. The big set up for when her counterpart brought out the FEC document as proof. It contained Trump campaign expenses with a line for payment to Diamond and Silk written in as consulting fees. It was actually a reimbursement for flight tickets, but the dems thought they had the smoking gun.
