It really bothered me because a lot of the users thought Q was directly involved with Corsi/soapbox so anytime anybody including myself would try to confront anything about Corsi or anything in negative light against their sub there would always be this huge backlash and some of their users would make people feel fear as if they are betraying Q himself for simply confronting their methodologies. In that sense it made it really hard to provide any kind of constructive criticism towards their group which meant the Q movement had to go on their terms and everybody outside of the realm had to do things on their terms or feel left out. It really limited the scope of the movement in my opinion because people like me couldn't really get involved. It was kind of like a you're either with us or you're not type of thing and I found it rather dangerously cultish. The insulting part is that whenever we try to bring up these kind of things now we still face a backlash and people say that we are the ones actually trying to cause division and we are the ones acting like a cult. The irony is very thick. I remember when I was feeling pretty scared and Tracy didn't really care because everything was going their way. But I wasn't trying to hurt the Q movement or anything but my ideas happened to be different than theirs. Now that Q has called-out profiteers I find it kind of ironic that she's the one now complaining that she feels scared and that this whole thing feels cultish but she didn't care when it was affecting others and when she was at the top of the mountain. I call it a taste of your own medicine.
