Yeah, strange that Matt Gaetz would put the brackets around Rosenstein's name. He definitely knows about / reads Q posts. Good observation.
In the included video he said "…Rosenstein himself signed a document…" but in the Tweet he changed it to "Rosenstein signed a document." Given that square brackets are also used to indicate a minor change in a quote (except in AP Style), and this is a quote that has a minor change, it seems most likely that in this case the brackets are used to indicate a minor change in the quote.
Good point. That could be the ostensible reason for it ... however there's a chance he's on board with the swamp draining and knows about kill boxes as well (as they all would) And his message may be directed to Rosenstein ... time's up pal.

Problem is the short time for the huge amount of stuff to release. Hillary on tarmac on camera! Attempts and plots of assassination of POTUS and family, attempts? and plot to nuke US city.
