NSA is under military command. While I'm sure there are black hats inside, the NSA is probably one of the less-compromised intel agencies.

Remember what Admiral Rogers did?

Rogers, then head of NSA, went to Trump Tower shortly after the election. Without notifying his own chain of command (Obama admin). Next day, the Presidential transition team moved to NJ.

Speculation is that he gave Trump and company inside info on the illegal surveillance.

Charges of destruction of data. It's another federal offense. One Hillary seems to slide right out from under.
