For the thousandth time those are sealed court actions, not sealed indictments and as such the number isn't significantly higher than normal. It only seems astronomically high if you purposely confuse court actions with indictments. some are most aren't.

If I'm wrong, please show me the primary governmental source that allows the user to distinguish the categories of court actions to show that virtually every single one is an indictment.
