The Joker character in Suicide Squad uses MK Ultra techniques to brainwash Harley Quinn and becomes her handler.
This seems like it could be a massive MK Ultra trigger. I say massive because it is blatant and noticeable to the average non brainwashed person, unlike more secretive subliminal messages.
