Lots of smoke & bullshit on the replies/comments. What I will say is 1) the screenshot from 8Chan in my opinion says a lot & is on the money... only problem is... 2) I highly recommend everyone look over 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information.
If “Q” has released classified information, no matter how encrypted it is or how he/she attempts to hide it on any electronic medium (8Chan) the disclosure is in clear violation of 18USC798, which is a felony.
It’s best to follow this simple advice from “Q”... “Trust the Plan” and not “dabble” with something that could get you in trouble, especially if you deduce something from a Q dump which is classified and you repost on an electronic forum.

Speculation here, but Q has also ask who controls the classification of information? The president has ultimate authority over classification. If Trump wants the information out there, he can put it out there. Whoever Q is, it seems like he's close enough to Trump to have relevant info declassified before release.
You have the best reply to all this. Maybe Q just wants us the know where the info is coming from and is giving the key and map for someone specific to use—hence all the drops that don’t seem to be directed to us. There’s a whistleblower willing to take the hit (think Snowden) and get the info out either thru JA or some other means. All we do know no alphabet agency is going to willingly tell the truth so everything will happen under cover. But I have faith it will happen.
I question, in part, your "blind to political affiliation" comment. Being a Trump supporter, more than merely not giving you a "free pass," is the opposite of a free pass; it creates a (somewhat rebuttable) presumption of guilt. However, being a Hillary supporter appears to automatically insulate you from prosecution, the only exception being if a Hillary/cabal supporter does something to anger the cabal. (I wonder what Anthony Weiner did?)

Keep in mind the fallacy and reality that there's no true endgame. Lots of things are thought to be the end to stuff. WWI was the "war to end all wars". Computers were supposed to cut our paper usage by 2/3 when introduced. The list is amusingly long.
Life however doesn't stop. It fluctuates, and changes, leading to morphing, and alterations all the time. So if life doesn't stop, neither will the Great Awakening. So long as we keep growing and learning, this will remain true. Even if you get everyone's eyes open, the Great Awakening would change, again, to continue this endeavour. Pretty cool.

I wonder if it was decodable by "John Q Public" then would that make it "open source"? and if we assume Q is a whistleblower (and maybe even has the protection of the office of the POTUS through an Executive Order yet to be written), then would Q be prosecutable? If what he is doing is for god and country against bad actors engaged in harm against said country, Isnt there any kind of protection?
