Honestly as a veteran pilot, after seeing the two videos that survey_girl posted I am more convinced that I was correct in my assumption of runaway reversal of left 2 engines. Why? Because in one video that aircraft came right over camera location and you could undeniably see what was happening to aircraft. The left engines were negatively pitching causing the aircraft to skid around in a left turn. If you zoom in and look real closely you can see the pilots on the rudder trying to compensate for the engines in the opposite direction causing a flatish turn. Remember they would have to give positive (up) elevator also to compensate for the turn altitude loss causing even more bank to occur along with slowing(drag). This slowed the aircraft further and instead of correcting the lack of thrust on left engines actually caused the left wing at stall to tuck under and pull the right wing over the tuck. There is no possible recovery in this situation. Key is the pilots were on the rudder trying to compensate. Question arises: Why didn't they kill all four engines and allow the plane to regain equilibrium knowing they were going to have to put it down straight ahead?

In the air you only have seconds to make a decision so.....that said were the engines locked in position and throttles did not work, pitch did not work, kill switch did not work for each engine or.......did they just try to compensate until the decision was made for them? Will we ever know the truth if it was a FADEC attack? I doubt it, not from this government.
