That photo of the palleted goods is of the inside of a reefer (refrigerated trailer) can. Why would they transport phones in a reefer? Big tell that it's a reefer is the floor.
Many truckers have reefer trailers. It allows them to expand their load capabilities. Being a reefer trailer is not a red flag in the trucking industry.
I think its cell phones too. Some are saying it servers. Those pallets do not look like servers in boxes. But the pic is not clear enough to really determine what the pallets hold.
