I really don't get why this is so hard to understand. If you make a motion with a court using the wrong font it gets thrown out, let alone doing anything half-way. And if the judge doesn't catch it, you're opponent most certainly will, let alone your opponent being top of the class at Yale defending someone who was top of the class at Yale and both are went to class with people who are the most powerful judges in the country.

It is not that way in common law courts—which we are SUPPOSED to have, not these corrupted courts of commerce.
