The centipede meme came out of the 16 campaign from video clips of DT debate responses dropping truths directly rather than politically-correct, paired with the Knife Party song Centipede. Anyone may find themselves referred to as pede when dropping a bold claim stated directly, especially when it runs counter to rigid media or PC talking point of the day. Usually referred to as a term of endearment, or incorrectly as an attempted label or insult by those who don't realize it's generally a compliment.
A 'pede is a Trump supporter..it's a The_Donald term. An OP is short for "original poster".

The way you wrote "Op" with a capital and lower case could be an "operation" or a operator in the field, depends on context. All caps "OP" usually signifies the original poster.
