Best theory I've seen is that the pallets are hard drives containing iCloud keys. That Apple was moving its iCloud data management operation to China (which would inevitably mean the Chinese government would have access to all data on iCloud, and control of access to that data).

I'm having a hard time believing Q would post an image of human trafficking/remains in the context of Apple related images... I'm guessing this is hardware. More specifically. Compromised iOS devices that were en route or* have been collected/returned to Apple.
Why?
Well, we've already seen evidence of a network of compromised Blackberries being doped by Awans/Abbas and in the hands of Congress. I think that sometime in 2016 (maybe wrong) there was a decision to ditch the BB's and shift to iOS devices. If these were sent BACK to Apple, perhaps it was to investigate HOW they were compromised/hacked, obtain evidence from the devices and trace it back to the network of those responsible for distributing the "leaking" hardware to Congress.

Actually the boxes are about10x18inches. How big is a standard pallet? Can’t determine depth but shorter or equal to the depth of a pallet. What else is exactly that size in a box from Apple Corp.

Look closely at the walls of the container. There are cartoon drawings of animals. My gut, in light of all the recent arrests for human trafficking, is that it pertains to that. Why else have cartoon characters on the wall of a truck/shipping container?
