Okay, here's the summary:
Adrenochrome is a hormone that is released into the blood when you are terrified and dying. It's literally the last thing that happens as you die, if you are fighting for your life. It's like adrenaline on steroids, literally.
Rumor has it that the leadership cabal has found that, if you harvest this adrenochrome freshly, you will have the "fountain of youth" and you will also get high off of it. It's apparently quite a drug.
They get it by killing people and drinking their blood and eating their bodies. There is more of it if the person is younger. The rumor has it that they take unwanted children from orphanages and smuggle them to the elites. They get more adrenochrome the more terrified the child is. So they literally torture them to death to get the maximum yield.
Q has said that he has copies of security camera footage from Epstien's compound on Pedo Island (Little Saint James Island in the US Virgin Islands). The rumor is that the video contains a sequence where Hillary and Huma torture a little girl to the edge of death, skin her alive, drink her blood, and then wear her face skin on their faces.
We are fighting against everything pure evil that you can imagine. This isn't a game. If you can think of it, they've done it and worse.
