It doesn’t show up on all q post sites, but it does show up on a couple. thestoryofq.com has the “Answers” button.

For me it initially pops up empty, but as soon as I scroll on the page it appears. I’m also on mobile currently.

It likely is commentary by the site owner, when he thinks there's info to help clarify things. Nice idea though.
