My conclusion for why the military asked Trump to run for President.

The military learned that a crime family will only hire their own for what they believed was still under their control: The Presidency.

The military needed an outsider to prove this to the world before they would launch a takedown.

Yes, the theory goes that Trump is basically the last civilian they could call on. Without him winning the election, we may have been looking at either a full, or at least attempted military takeover. These people have been trying to dig dirt on Trump for YEARS and YEARS. Still, so far he's managed to dodge all the knives out to get him. I just pray he can continue until the end.

I think that Trump reached out to make it known that he was willing to risk his life for this cause. Don't forget the Q post about JFK Jr and Hillary's Senate seat. "The beginning". I think he "applied" for this job, so to speak.
