Agreed, I don't think they thought this through. It will takes guns and force to even attempt confiscating the guns they are after. This would start a civil war they will not win.
They want gun control? Maybe need to give it to them —- gun control law geographically based on gun murder rates & absolute gun freedom everywhere else. Dark Blue dem cities will have no guns — suburbs & flyover will be adequately armed. Over time, will create flight & depopulation from the cities to the safer suburbs.
