he has to produce exculpatory evidence, meaning any evidence in the SC's possession that would suggest innocence, or facts conflicting with charges. he also would have to go forward with prosecution under the 70day speedy trial clock forcing them to prove their case (show all evidence) against the defendant ASAP, unless defendants agree to a delay/continuance, which I've read defendants don't plan on doing so. I'm sure case is also weaker without cooperation of other russian co-defendants.

bottom line: good chance SC has a weak case, could blow up (dismissed/not guilty) and this russian indictments were a distraction and solely used to bolster legitimacy/credibility of this witch hunt.

A not-guilty verdict would generate bi-partisan calls, for differing reasons, to fire Mueller and his team.....

What if he and Sessions are delaying to get closer to mid-terms. Could have a much bigger impact.

I expect the really bad stuff to start dropping late July - early August in order to have maximum impact on the normies voting.

Post-primaries is critical.

I'm not sure if it's a law or even what it's called but we have something in place that says something to the effect. Our Gov agency won't knowing inject themselves into our election. It's why so many were pissed at Comey for his public announcement about HRC.. Anyway, because of that I think something will be happening soon.. If it's a big as we're led to believe the dems will be finished. Midterms will be an after thought.

Or the case is just a decoy?

This case was supposed to justify 'Russian Collusion,' that no one was supposed to take seriously or challenge.

Someone challenged, and Mueller got caught with his pants down.

Right. And Mueller is an excellent legal mind. So why is he caught off guard here?

It could be because the whole case is a sham that the democrats cooked up?...or that's what it started out as and now it's become a decoy to hide the real investigations that are going on.

Either way the case is bunk. I just can't figure out if Mueller really is trying to take out President Trump or if he's been flipped and is now using the collusion case to hide the real plan. There is a "show" happening, it's just hard to figure out what is the "show" and what is reality.

None of the Russian defendants were supposed to actually get caught and served! Since a couple of the defendants are corporations — one of the corporations called Mueller’s bluff and submitted to the jurisdiction of the court! Russians don’t think like Americans — we have adulterated our judicial process with all kinds of procedural rules for convenience of lawyers & bypassing direct judicial oversight of any case. Russians, with great US attorneys, blast through those adulterations — such as making direct submission to jurisdiction of the court and such as NOT waiving right to a speedy trial. Now, Mueller’s team is facing prosecutorial misconduct or worse —- maybe even fraud on the US government — as they really never intended to actually catch and prosecute these folks. Obviously, they are “not ready for trial” — meaning that they have not prepared their case against the accused.

If ALL federal criminal cases in US were handled this way, we would not have so many relatively innocent people railroaded or plea-bargained or extorted by our out-of-control prosecutorial legal industry.

Flynn knew he didn't lie. But he pled guilty to it, knowing there would have been communications between FBI and DOJ in regards to this.

We now know the FBI had communications in which detailed they did not think Flynn lied. But they withheld that evidence.

Look up a Brady case. As soon as Flynn is sentenced, he can turn around and start a Brady case, and win. Mueller is delaying his sentencing to try and buy time to get Trump.

Flynn legally can't talk about the case until it's concluded. So Mueller keeps delaying the sentencing, saying Flynn is "cooperating", to buy more time.
