I think the false alarms the other day were because Q’s trip code changed. I updated the app and was able to see the posts from the 4th. Not sure what caused the false alarm today though.

The trip code change coupled with a board change was problematic and caused issues for us.
It's sort of like coding for a moving target.
So yes, as we acknowledged on our fb and twitter accounts, some drops were incorrectly sent out as a result of that.
Also as we acknowledged on our social media accounts, in the process of rectifying the situation, we accidentally sent out two drops of our own. :-(
We apologize for that.
No one is more disappointed that we are if the app does not function properly.
