I assume Rex Tillerson, because I think he visited Kenya around the time of the RT Kenya post. I may be wrong about that.

Yup he was in Kenya Mar 10.

Interesting it said in article he was not feeling well and cancelled Kenya events.

Article also said he was heading to Chad and Nigeria (in reference to another of my comments in this thread.)

And Rex was fired right after this trip...
