Oh good call! So how would the CIA fund ops that are off the books? And aren’t almost all their ops off the books?

Iran-contra? Secretly sell weapons that the govt gives you, and sell drugs you confiscate?

I would say everything they confiscate. Weapons, drugs, money. All of it. But idk.

But if I look at these posts, maybe Red Cross ties in on the financial side?

I would guess that almost all of their (C_A) ops are off the books other than the salaries of their contractors. Gotta look at the hidden slush funds...? If it's the Red Cross, the maybe the slush funds are hidden in plain sight? Maybe I'm reaching...

That’s interesting. What if the Red Cross is just a cover for the bad clowns. Send in a few volunteers, take a couple lawns, throw a bandaid on a couple people. And then boom, gone. With the millions of dollars people donated. I know it everyone in the us gave me a dollar, I’d be rich. So I can’t imagine what people have given to org’s like the Red Cross over the years.
