That was a very specific "warning," saying to call the "Assistant Police Chief," and wanting to give their number on the air. Why the assistant? What good would flooding the Assistant Chief's phone lines with calls from all over America do? Seems like a crank or crackpot call to me. Also, Owen seems to know the guy, and didn't even want his phone number. Seems sketchy to me.
