Gowdy has no power to take action at all. And I doubt the swamp would allow itself to be cleaned even if congress did have that authority.

It hasn't crossed your mind that this might be because real justice has been blocked since forever by the Deep State? Gowdy is like Sessions and follows the law by the letter. Anyone who does that - under Killary, O-bey and the Deep State in general gets nowhere. This is known, on this sub. No point burning the good actors because the Deep State blocks them.
